Mains to Mains Automatic Transfer Switch.
Automatic switching between Primary Mains & Secondary Mains
3 Phase + Neutral 4 Pole (400V) Automatic Transfer Switch Also Known As an ATS Panel.
A phase failure relay is used for Mains / Primary voltage monitoring and offers Phase Failure & phase sequence Protection.
The Automatic Transfer Switch Control Panel has two-time control relays for on load delay. 1st Timer normally set to 10s and is used to control the Primary Mains on load / Restoration period, this controls the period the Primary Mains supply has to be healthy before engaging the Mains contactor. The 2nd Timer normally set for 15s controls the Secondary Mains contactor, On failure of the Primary / Mains supply, The Secondary Mains 2nd timer will initiate. The Automatic Transfer Switch will monitor the Primary / Mains, as soon as the mains is restored it will drop the Secondary Mains contactor and initiates the 1st timer sequence, then automatically switches back to the Primary Mains supply,
